Easter Brunch in Ornage County

Any recs for an Easter Brunch in Orange County. Preferably a champagne brunch with a view.

      For $77 per adult they better be serving some decent champagne.

        It looked downright cost effective when compared to the $89 pp for adults at the Island Hotel Easter brunch.. ;-D>
