booking a dinner for tonight - Credo? Zare? The Plant? Serpentine?

I'm booking a business dinner for tonight, young japanese guys.

Looking at OT, I see Serpentine (which I know), Credo, and Zare at Flytrap have times & people that fit.

Any thoughts on Credo?

Zare - looks like there was a recent chef change? Any recent reports? (Kind of a limited menu, but everyone always says good things about it)

Zare hired a new chef de cuisine a few months ago. I went there last week and had a really great time. Everything we ordered was really delicious (smoked trout, bone marrow, pistachio meatball and the crispy risotto) and the drinks were great.

Ditto for us re the pistachio meatball and crispy risotto. Also had a fabulous goat cheesecake with date sauce. Only thing so far we haven't liked there are their fries. Interesting wine list too.

If there were a chef change at Zare, I'd expect them to change the name.

Good point. I forgot where I saw what.

Any thoughts on the actual question at hand? I am thinking serpentine.
