Favorite Greek Recipes

In another thread on Easter menus, I was given a great looking skordalia recipe. Now I am inspired to do a complete Greek menu for Easter. I love Greek food and I was wondering if anyone had any Greek recipes that are favorites. Thank you in advance!

    I would make a roast lamb leg and crispy, lemony roasted potatoes. YUM YUM. that's what's on the menu at our greek easter celebration.

      I love this recipe for moussaka. The bechamel is delicious.

      The only change I make to the recipe is the amount of oil used. I broil or bake the eggplant instead of frying it, and just use a touch of oil to cook the potatoes.
