Are there any restaurants of note in Bryn Mawr? In particular interested in fine dine or ethnic. Thank you!

Most of the replies seem to involve Ethnic but if you are interested in fine dine as well, I would highly recommend Sola on Route 30 in Bryn Mawr. An excellent BYOB.

It's a little further afield but Aperto in Narberth is getting raves. A friend was there last week and loved it.

I haven't been in a couple years since moving further away, but we always like Lourdas for Greek food. BYO.

I like the Mediterranean Grill. Not terribly exotic but a nice space and some different things (Persian).

I like Ekta (Indian) very much. I've had some good meals at Sola, but find that I can do better elsewhere (not in Bryn Mawr) for their prices.

I've always liked Yang Ming.

Be careful at Yang Ming. We have been overcharged many times there....we finally got tired of it so stopped going several years ago. Sometimes the price of the dishes on the bill were more expensive than the menu...sometimes extra dishes were just added that we had never ordered or received...
