Source for buffalo mozzarella and OO flour

Any good sources for buffalo mozzarella and/ or OO flour? I'm in Woodbury, so east side preferred.

Delmonico's Italian Foods at 1112 Summer Street NE, Minneapolis carries Tip 00 flour by the bulk so you can buy by the pound.

They may even have di Bufala mozzarella cheese.

I would suggest Buon Giorno in Lilydale, they have a great cheese selection and usually 00 flourer.

Burrata is quite similar...I got it recently at the St. Paul Byerly's on Suburban Ave....approx Ruth St./94.

Costco has buffalo mozz. I have always understood it to be perishable in the extreme so YMMV, but do report back if you try it. I have not been brave enough. You could also try Surdyks.
I have only ever mail ordered OO flour so I can't help you with that one.

Surdky's carries buffalo mozzarella, although they had just sold out when I when to buy it last week. I've also seen it at Byerly's and Whole Foods too.

OO flour...they have it at Broders deli (they have a wee store inside.

I order mine online.
