First Date Braintree / Quincy

Any ideas? I'm not familiar with the area and based on reviews and posts, Sintra seems to be the best place to enjoy a meal, however, willing to sacrifice food for a good first date atmosphere.

The 1st and last time I went to Abbey Park, the food wasn't good and the bar in the center of the room got so loud that we couldn't hear each other. We won't be back. Another suggestion might be the restaurant at Granite Links Golf Course. The food, although not excellent, is very good and the views of the Boston skyline can't be beat.. Siros, at Marina Bay, is also very nice and on the water. I know they closed for a few months but should be opening soon if they already haven't. It's at Marina Bay and if it's a comfortable night, it's nice to walk around the boardwalk. Another suggestion might be Venezias. Again, really nice views as it's on the water and you get the Boston skyline. It's primarily Italian food but the food can be really good to mediocre. It has a really nice atmosphere for a date. It also has a lounge with views adjacent to the restaurant with a dance floor and there's usually music on the weekends.

I'll agree to Venezia but not granite or marina bay. If you go the Venezia, see if you can get a tour of the winery next door
