Best dishes at Congee Village Allen Street

Hosting a bunch of folks from out of town who have various levels of palate and eating restrictions. Thought CV would be fun and I want to give them a spread of some of the best dishes - this is what I have so far - thoughts?

Sauteed snow pea leaves
Eggplant with Salted Fish and Chicken
Salt and Pepper Squid
Beef and Chinese Broccoli
Sesame Chicken

Need more fun and more veggie items!

I like the steamed crab pot in country style and the mustard green, bean curd and fish head soup.

I agree, get the house special chicken and you can't go to Congee Village and not order the congee.

Try the house special chicken. The congee is good too.
