Oriachovitza Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
1st post in the wine forum:
20 years ago, I used to buy this and other Bulgarian red wines regularly, when Bulgaria was still a rigid communist state. I miss the black pepper notes bursting in the mouth and I've never been able to find a substitute. Perhaps my palate has changed and I can no longer discern black pepper in the mouth - somehow I doubt that, but could be wrong.
I'm not interested in black pepper in the nose, without it being per-fuse in the mouth. Looking for suggestions. Tnx
