group meeting space for lunch about 30 people in East Van, any suggestions

We had the Tipper booked for our group meeting today and just found out they have double booked us. Does anyone know a restaurant in East Van or Burnaby that can accomodate about 30 people. It needs to be a private or semi private room. We are flexible on the type of food. Thank you for your help. The lunch is for today March 29

Again, too late for today but what about Dario's at the Italian Cultural Centre?

not sure which part of Bby you need or the type of function and i realize you might get this far too late to help TODAY! (you must be frustrated by this) but for future - what about

trev deeley motorcycle museum - was off Boundary exit (near Bosa supermarket) but who knows what that interchange is like today

or the delta hotel out on the "freeway" at Willingdon

i agree, the Delta - like many Delta's - is kind of tired and uninspiring but at least you have proper meeting space and i think delta provides decent service all round - it is consistent and that's what matters in certain situations ...

if your group is more inspired, i know that the trev deeley motorcycle museum (near Bosa supermarket) rents out space for functions - not sure about catering as i have not done that there - but i'm sure they can tell you more -- it would certainly stand out in my mind of all the mundane meetings we've all attended -
