How long can I leave frozen cooked broccoli out?

I cooked (steamed) frozen broccoli, forgot about it and left it out. How long can it be left out of the fridge before it needs to be tossed?

That's their recommendation for fresh cooked broccoli, but I don't see any reason why it would be different for frozen once it's been cooked.
