Must have noodle soup places and others! Pretty please~~~

So, I'm from LA but I've been gone for about a year. Thats the short of it, I'll be visiting for less than a week and all I want to do is eat really.

When I'm back I am in dyer need of chinese beef noodle soup, and hand torn noodle spots, dim sum, soup dumplings and dumplings in general....Killer asian places would be great to hear about although I do understand that this also sounds crazy as there are so very many!

I love love love noodles. And I love soup. I miss asian food in general!!!! Any suggestions and I'm willing to drive! I was assuming SGV was where I'd need to go for most of it.

And any extra thoughts on Olympic Noodle as well as JTYH for the lamb noodle? Please let me know...Thank you!!!

Basically you're looking for Chinese food in the SGV, cuz other "Asians" don't do dimsum or beef noodle soup. G'luck.

well, i guess i didn't phrase it quite right. i do know that other asians don't do dim sum. i just meant that if there was any interesting comments on newer asian restaurants in LA not to be missed, i would like to hear about it.

i am also curious about luscious dumpling, kingburg kitchen and mama's lu
