Germany - Schloss Berg, Waldhotel Sonnora, Restaurant Bareiss or Schwarzwaldstube?

I'll be traveling to Germany in September and wanted to get your thoughts on the above restaurants. I'll only be able to go to one of these restaurants due to schedule restraints, if you had a choice which would you choose? Thanks.
