wolf combination steam convection oven vs. meile steam oven and meile speed oven
Help! I am redoing my kitchen and have to order appliances tomorrow. I have been looking at showrooms for a few weeks and can't decide if I want to go with the Meile speed oven and Meile steam oven along with a wall oven and either GE Monogram 36" range with oven or Wolf 36" range with oven. Anyone have any advice for me? Also, would it look ridiculous if I had a double oven plus the range oven plus both the meile speed and steam ovens?
Does the GE Monogram compare to Wolf for resale purposes? They cost about the same but the GE has a much bigger interior and can hold a full size cookie sheet (none of the others can) and has 3 full extension racks.
I'd love to hear any thoughts. Thanks!

re: fauchon
My apologies for being late to this post, but I can make a couple of helpful observations.
STEAM:
Do you use a steam oven ? We have for many years, but this is not for all cooks. If you do, then by all means I can recommend Miele. It is no longer what we have, but it is a very good product.HALF + FULL SHEETS:
Many ovens may accept a full baking sheet, but the full sheet may block some of the heating. Depending where the rack is placed, if the heating source is below the full pan level, the heat doesn't quite get around the full sheet to do a good job of baking. It does sound as though you enjoy baking and cooking. If you do, then there is no limit as to how many ovens or combinations of ovens you might want.
Someone here once asked me why I would want an induction grill on our cooktop, but that glass rectangle gets used every three days. I know as I usually am elected by my wife to clean it.
