Other restaurants then Enoteca Sociale, Campagnolo & Tourist spots?

anaToronto Mar 27, 2012 06:11 PM

I´m staying is toronto for 2 months and I have already tried some of the fancy restaurants like Enoteca Sociale, Campagnolo, Salt, Cavas…
Can you suggest me more restaurants with the same vibe as those ones, ie, fusion, tapas, wine?
I’m trying to find really good restaurants apart of the top tourist recommendations like Canoe, George, etc.
All suggestions are welcomed

Torito on Augusta - nice vibe, tapas.

Have you tried Beast or Keriwa Cafe?

        Foxley might work. Second Torrito.

Third Torito. Second Beast. Would also add Woodlot.

Does it need to be fusion, tapas and/or wine-centric? Or are you focused on good food and a casual, fun vibe? If the latter, you could perhaps ("perhaps" as I haven't yet tried all of these) add County General, Black Hoof, Yours Truly, Hopgood'sFoodliner, Grand Electric and Playa Cabana to the list.

Pizzeria Libretto for great food and wine, and good value. I am not a fan of Beast.

Agreed with Black Hoof, Torito, Libretto and Country General. Add Harbord Room too - all places w/ fun vibes. I like the food at Beast but everytime I've been, it's been pretty quiet

Acadia (good cocktails and flavours, light meals)
Yours Truly (maybe just for their bar menu + late night special)
