I was surprised to see this long time well known Lakewood restaurant across from Kimble Hospital empty with a for sale sign out front today when I passed...sad.

This restaurant closed literally overnight. We got a $100 gift certificate as a wedding present in December.. Any ideas as to how to contact the owner? The realtor is not cooperative. Thank you.
