Barcelona tapas and paella

Hi

Am a NYC chowhound who will be visiting Barcelona soon. We're not looking to explore the molecular gastronomy places during this visit but are much more interested in finding the best tapas/small plates and paella. We don't have time to go to Valencia this time around but I am sure there are great paella places in Barcelona too.

So far, for tapas I have:
-Cal Pep
-Tasca el Corral
-Quimet i Quimet
- Tossa
-Casa Jacinta
-Bar Pinoxto in La Boqueria
-El Quim de la Boqueria

Are we off base here and/or missing great tapas/small plate options? Price is no matter and we will travel anywhere for super food.

I have nothing yet for the best paella yet unfortunately so great recommendations would be highly appreciated.

After Tasca el Corral, which is a great choice for sidra and cabrales cheese, I'd take a short walk to Bar Celta for Galician style tapas (good pulpo) and fried stuff.
