Fran's Chicken Haven in Boca Raton, FL now KOSHER!
Fran's Chicken Haven, a Boca Raton landmark for 45+ years, recently became kosher under the ORB!
I highly reccomend! How rare is it for a long established meat-oriented place to go kosher!

I also had to check it out when I was down there for pesach. Went there on the Sunday after pesach at about 4 pm. Took out a lot of stuff. It was all very fresh (obviously, given the date) and delicious. I took the chicken home to the other side of boca, it was in the car for about 30 minutes. When we got home, the chicken was still crispy and hot.

I went the night before pesach - they were obviously overwhelmed and ran out of french fries - but they were great with substitutions. I have to say the fried chicken was amazing. I had the white meat dinner and it was huge pieces (not like Kosher Delight). Will definitely be going back next time in Florida.

There have been recent threads on this board about Burger.org in Philadelphia that went from non-kosher to Glatt kosher

I hope it does to the fullest! Checking them out on the web yields many positive comments about the quality of the food and the dedication to the chicken. Obviously there wont be a real mac and cheese there, and bisquit recipies will have to be adapted but if they bought the business to change it, thats a waste of money.
