Beijing pork chop, clams in black bean in Chinatown

For years we have gone to a restaurant called "Old Man XXX" that had these dishes plus great ssquid salt and small chilis. It closed ahout six years ago.We still need a replacement.

Danny Ng's and Sing Kee Seafood on Bowery both have the dishes you mention, and presumably so does Amazing 66 on Mott since the three restaurants have nearly identical menus. All three restaurants are pretty good.
