Chocolate covered matzoh [moved from SF Bay Area board]

I am missing terribly Joseph Schmidt's chocolate covered matzoh. Does anyone have a recipe for that with high quality chocolate? I am not looking for that butter crunch chocolate matzoh. Want the real thing. Or anywhere to buy it? Thanks, Passover is coming up soon.

Melt chocolate, paint matzo, chill on wax paper, repeat other side.

Pretty sure it's just like covering anything in dipping chocolate. You might need a wire rack, and consider breaking it into 3rds instead of the full sheets.
