Tea room anyone?

It used to be that there were Tick Tock tearooms for little old ladies to meet and socialize at and enjoy various dainties. I have a friend that I'd like to take to such a place for an Easter Brunch if there's anything like that still around. Near Pasadena if possible, and neither too dressy nor too expensive, if at all possible. Do you have any thoughts or recommendations?

I haven't heard of the Tick Tocks, but Rose Tree Cottage in Pasadena might meet your requirements. You'll need to make a reservation.
