Seeking a kid-friendly place for steak frite in Paris

We are currently in Paris--am pinching myself--and while my husband and I Have had a couple of grown up nights out (Regalade/abso delicious, Le Chateaubriand/a little too wacky for me), it's time to take the kids out. Otherwise picky 9-year-old has requested steak frites and I don't want to disappoint. Am tempted by Severo, but really need a place that is receptive to having kids (not like a kids menu, just somewhere it's ok to bring them...other one is 6). Any suggestions? TIA.

  1. All the restaurants are receptive to well-behaved kids. So go for it.

Thx Parigi. They are well behaved. Will sift thru the previous hound steak frites posts. I want to take them somewhere thAt will be fun for them, not too stuffy/grown up/prohibitively expensive

The "Le Relaise de l'Entrecote" group would be perfect. No booking, quite fast, cheap, good and very child friendly desserts.

Le Relaise l'Entrecote happily welcomed our four year old... and for many years after.
A perfect menu for a child who enjoys steak frites.

      2. I would have no problem in taking our 6 year old daughter and 4 year old son to Severo.

        1. Chez Robert and Louise in the Marais has a lot of atmosphere and is informal. They grill the steaks over a wood burning fireplace. I would take my kids of the same ages there for and early dinner.
