Dinner Date Suggestions between Meriden-New Milford?

Can anyone recommend a nice dinner date restaurant with good food and reasonable prices (any cousine!) along the line from Meriden to New Milford -- towns of Middlebury, Waterbury, Southbury, Woodbury, Roxbury, and New MIlford?

I know of Good News Cafe in Southbury, though it's a bit pricey for my budget.

Restaurant 121 at the Oxford airport is very nice. Food is good. Prices are reasonable. It sits next to the runway, so you can watch the planes take off and land. Very nice atmosphere.
