what is a "rolled chuck roast" (and how do I cook it?)
I bought a frozen roast labeled "rolled chuck roast" from a local meat source (farmer who hires someone to butcher, but you never quite know what you are going to get...). It's a little under 3 pounds. I want to prepare it for Passover. I actually have no idea what I have or how to cook it. Can anyone help me out?
