Strawberry pineapple pie

I'm making a pie with frozen fruit....do I need to add arrowroot or tapioca so it's not so juicy?

    Yes, just be sure to measure carefully and don't thaw the fruit completely (use it when about half thawed).
    Here's a good primer on the subject. I think it's the best one I've found on the Internet so far.

      I would partially thaw and then strain some of the juice before using for your pie filling.
