I don't have a recommendation but you may find some good leads in this Inky article from last fall: http://articles.philly.com/2011-09-15...

We ended up at Los Taquitos de Puebla, but now I want to try Los Amigos and some of the ones in the Inky review. We enjoyed Los Taquitos - the salsas were a little hot for me, but my husband enjoyed them. The guacamole was creamy and tasty - a good contrast to the spicier food. We went for the Barbacoa and had the lamb. The soup was tasty and heartier than the goat consomme at Acapulco, but we liked the goat meat more than the lamb here. Los Taquitos has generous amounts of meat, but we thought it was a little dry. It was also more expensive ($15.00 for 3 tacos/consomme) than the goat at Acapulco ($9.00 for 3 tacos/consomme). There were four of us, so we also had the Tacos al pastor and they were quite tasty. Its an hour drive for us, if we lived closer we would certainly go back to Los Taquitos - but since we no longer get into town as often as we used too, we will probably try another place next time we go.

You should try Los Amigos Meat Market on 9th/Montrose on Saturday or Sunday. Their barbacoa is very good, not too fatty, and very flavorful. They make an excellent consome that includes lots of rice and chickpeas.
A stop at the tortilleria down the street makes for a great meal.Los Amigos also makes very very good tamales.
