Red fife flour

Hi all

Looking for Red Fife flour.

Anyone know of a shop in Vancouver that sells it? Or, BC for that matter.

Thanks

Stop by True Grain in Cow. Bay and watch the flour being milled. Walk into the next room and buy the breads fresh out of the oven. We drop by a couple of times a week. Hillary's cheeses are next door.

I get Red Fife flour at Galloway's, two locations, in Burnaby and Richmond - http://gallowaysfoods.com/ or Famous Foods on Kingsway in Vancouver.

You can regularly find it at True Grain bakery in Cowichan Bay http://www.truegrain.ca/
Also, seek out the Flour Peddler http://www.theflourpeddler.com/ at the farmers markets - he has had it (though the batch he had last summer was a lower gluten batch - great for muffins and pancakes). I think T&J Bison - occasionally at the markets - has had red fife berries at times.
