Sunday Brunch in Center City Philly or University City.
I'm looking for good, reasonably priced options for Sunday brunch in Center City or University City. I'm not looking to spend a fortune, but would like to avoid greasy spoons. Free and convenient parking would be nice, too. Thanks for your help!

Definitely second Distrito. What also comes to mind is Parc in Rittenhouse Square. A fun spot but just know that it can get a bit noisy. Kanella's is also a good choice. Can't really help out on parking specifics with either of those. We've always had to pay for CC, and when we can't do onstreet parking the SO likes to do a self-parking garage, which is usually more expensive. However, I think you'd have a decent shot at some on-street parking on a Sunday morning. And some of the garages have weekend specials.
My other thought would be dim sum in Chinatown. I know some of the places will discount parking in the local garages and actually we usually find on-street parking somewhere between RTM and Chinatown. There are several threads already on where to go for dim sum.

In University City you get a good brunch at Distrito. There is ample street parking around, and depending on where, may be free on Sundays. There is a lot about a block from distrito with lots of meters. Not sure if you have to pay on sunday.
Your best bet for free parking will always be the street. In center city on weekends the lot across from what was Hahneman (now drexel) is 5 dollars all weekend. relatively easy walk to places like Kanella, a,kitchen, parc or dandelion.
If you go up to Northern Liberties there are some great places there too. Cafe La Maude got great reviews on the latest leBan chat. You can find free street parking in Northern Liberties on sundays.
