Goose egg

A friend just gave me a fresh goose egg. Can anyone give me some ideas-- what do I do with it?

      Really? why is that are they high in fat? I saw some recently at the santa monica farmers market and was wondering.

        Larger yolk, higher yolk to white ration, richer taste.

    2. Goose eggs, like duck eggs, have firmer textured whites than chicken eggs and can turn rubbery when fried.

      The best way to showcase a goose egg is to scramble them a la oeufs brouill├ęs. A soft, custardy omelet in the French-style would be good as well.

      If you had more than one, I would suggest ice cream, but alas ... you do not.
