Party Platters for Bridal Shower
Hi! I am hosting a bridal shower for about 25 women. It will be lunch and we are super open to the type of food. I think most of the guests are pretty adventurous but dont want anything too heavy since it is a lunch. Also price is a consideration since I will be hosting this on my own...Please let me know if you have any fun ideas. The more creative, the better! Thanks!!

I agree with the Clementine recommendation they also have some very nice salads. I'd also recommend Mendicino Farms.
Side note I recently holster a bridal shower for the same amount and I opted to make some tea sandwiches which ended up being extremely yummy and paired it with some salads and desserts.
Smoked Salmon Tea Sandwich
8 thin slices rye bread, 5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon low-fat cream cheese, 1/2 english (hothouse) cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced diagonally, 4 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon, 1/2 medium red onion, very thinly sliced, 1 teaspoon drained capers, rinsed and patted dry, freshly ground pepper, 1 lemon, cut into wedgesDirections
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Toast bread slices in oven on a baking sheet, turning once, until golden, about 10 minutes. Spread 2 teaspoons cream cheese on each toast. Divide cucumber, salmon, onions, and capers among toasts; season with pepper. Squeeze lemon juice on top.Chive Cream Cheese and Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

An assortment of half-sandwiches and appetizers from Cafe Brasil looks pretty affordable.....
