A Great Cajun Sunday Supper at Lucques
Normally, I don't get terribly excited about prix fixe meals, although Lucques does deliver a great Sunday Supper @ $45.00 pp.
This Sunday's menu looks exceptionally good.
march 25, 2012
a cajun sunday, just because!
spot prawn "petit pois" with crawfish,
sugar snaps, bacon and key lime crème fraîche
bourbon-blackened sole with
rouille, cauliflower, friseé and fried okra
house-made boudin blanc with
dirty rice, grilled celtous and quail egg
bananas foster bread pudding with
café brûlot caramel and pecan pralines
45 dollars per person
wow, that's so weird when i got that email message, i got pretty excited too.
by the way, i tried that olympic turkey dog at wiener factory and it was good i thought but not head and shoulders amazing, maybe i needed to order the beef dog. but i do like that they put lettuce, tomatoes, and pickes on the dog.
