They used to do a great one at McSorley's Leaside, but it's gone, same for Ted's in East York.
Only place I know of that's left is the VERY low-brow Orchid Garden at Agincourt Mall. Tacky, crappy little cafeteria-looking joint, but with a really respectable hand-carved prime-rib on a kaiser with au-jus. Old-school diner style, not Harbour 60, but a yummy sandwich when I get the urge.
Aside from that, I got nothing - I'm looking forward to hearing where others go! :-)
