What's a good, inexpensive place near the Front St / ACC area???

You can hit Corks in Longos. Drinks are reasonably priced and you can order pizza from the main store and if I recall correctly they have the 6.99$ wings deal on Friday. If you like local beer and wine they have a decent selection.

Friday night, i'd eat the burger special at Scotland Yard. otherwise, i'd rather go hungry.

Try Gabardine (http://www.thegabardine.com/) on Bay at Richmond. Not cheap eats but not expensive either. A little walk but other than that I'd also go hungry.
