Does anyone know where to purchase Merquez in the Milwaukee Area?

The only place I have seen it with any regularity is Grasch's, as Kool Whip indicated. I usually end up substituting Greek Acres Farms (Waukesha Farmers Market) lamb bratwurst when I need that style of sausage in a recipe.

        Lamb Brats? AWESOME!
Has anyone seen them outside of WFM? My kid's schedule (scouts/wrestling/tennis/german club/etc., etc., etc) will not let me get there.

You might try calling International Foods in Shorewood.
They seem to deal with a number of sausage vendors.

Thanks for replying. We have attempted to get merguez at the Attari Supermarket near 13th & Oklahoma. But it is not always in stock. They’ve been out when we have gone there.

Great question! I have seen Merguez ( I think that is what you mean?) on a couple of restaurant menus but have not been able to find it at the retail level locally. In the past I had to resort to mail order. I will give that sausage shop in Port Washington a call and see if they make it and if not where we might find it.
