Food delivery for new mom in Oceanside

A friend of mine in Oceanside is expecting her first baby any day now. I would like to send her some "real" food for the first few foggy weeks, but I live on the east coast. Any ideas for local places that could deliver a healthy, pre-made, freezeable meal?

Spunky - I've used dinnerstudio.com and really liked it. If I recall, they deliver to Oceanside on Tuesdays, but you can double check their site to be sure. Each meal comes with directions on how to cook in the oven, broiler or slow cooker and the meals I've selected were pretty tasty! You should check them out.

What about one of those places that you go to prepare meals to bring home. You could call them and see if they have a delivery option, or at the worst, you could pay and she picks up the meals. Like Dream Dinners, or something similar.
