Latin american catering
We are planning our wedding for early next year and we are looking for a good caterer. Rather than going the traditional rubber-chicken wedding menu route, we want to have something more fun. My partner and his family are all relative newcomers from Central America so we'd love to have a latin american restaurant or caterer do the food for us. It doesn't need to be specifically Salvadoreno (he's eaten enough pupusas to last a lifetime) - anything pan-latino will work. Our venue comes equipped with a full kicthen and tables/chairs/bar.
Any ideas/leads? Many thanks in advance!

Have you ever been to the Latin American food court in the plaza at 9 Milvan Court? It's a fantastic slice of Latin America, with vendors from several different countries. You might try a few different places and see who's food you and your husband like, then talk to the owners and see if they would cater. I'm particularly fond of the beef lomo saltado from the Peruvian spot in the corner. :)
Even if you don't want to test out an unknown for caterer, it's worth taking your future in laws for a visit, as the food and atmosphere (not pretty at all, but great energy) is great.
