Can I eat this (bubbly pasta sauce)???
Info - it's a cream-based gorgonzola sauce, and it's about 4-5 days since purchase. It was purchased fresh/not vacuum sealed and has no eat-by date on it.
I'm asking because I just noticed the lid was puffing out and when I poured out the sauce it was bubbly/fermenty/gassy (?) at the bottom. Is this a sign of something terrible? Gah I really wanted to eat this!!!
