        I wouldn't want to suggest it; I might learn some Sicilian swear words! I'm pretty sure the only technology Rosario is interested in at all is his electric slicer, and possibly a grinder and/or mixer for his sausages, though I've found some chunks inside a few that suggested he's just using a big mezzaluna and a separate stuffer. I think we can safely assume he has no computer; I wouldn't even bet on a TV …

        The best we can do for him is to patronize his place and then spread the word as opportunities come along. I feel comfortable doing that, and don't feel for a second like I'm some kind of shill, because what I love there I really love. His produce is generally pathetic, but the stuff he cares about is really good.
