Tostilocos?

I am mildly obsessed with this seeming variant of Frito pie- tortilla chips with such toppings as jicama, cucumber, pickled pork rinds, tamarind candies, soy peanuts and chamoy- after reading this in today's NY Times:

I grew up in SoCal, and spent my fair share of time in Tijuana and Ensenada, but have been away long enough to have missed this.

Is there anyone serving Tostilocos in the Bay Area?

Nieves Cinco de Mayo in Oakland (Fruitvale) sells them. Considering how good their ice cream and raspados are, their tostilocos are probably super tasty.

Driving down King St in San Jose on Monday, I saw an umbrella'd cart on the SW corner of King and Story Road with a sign up offering tostilocos, aguas frescas and some other things. It's on the sidewalk next to the driveway into a strip mall and had a crowd gathered 'round mid-afternoon when the temperature was 92 degrees.

Yep. Los Manguitos Paleteria/Neveria in Redwood City... Haven't tried them there but their window sign says they make them!
