chinese dry pot
Does anyone have recipe for Chengdu dry pot? Had it in flushing mall, picked ingredients,they threw in wok, with seasonings, and poured in bowl. Had Chinese peppercorns in it, and hot peppers. Amazing! Craving and need recipe.
