Palm Beach

My wife and I are headed to the Four Seasons in Palm Beach for the first weekend in May. Can anyone recommend some great restaurants in the area?

      Buccan - great tapas rest......chez jean Pierre, classic French, .....palm beach grill, (which is ahoustons in disguise) but has good fresh fish, other American cuisine and pretty good people watching.....those are all on the island...also, echo, Japanese...used to be better than it is now, but is a fun scene.
