Looking for high end fusion in downtown DC or Bethesda

I have a VIP for work coming into town who's a big food and wine geek. He asked for a few recommendations/options for fusion of any kind. I also plan to send him some of the really great non fusion restaurants we have in the area like Komi, but I would love any ideas. I am totally open and price isn't really an issue. but I do need to stay in the downtown area or Bethesda.

The Source (asian), Central (American-French fusion) and Zengo (Mexican-Asian) are all fusion.
