Need recs for one night each in scottsdale, phoenix, and tuscon
Traveling through Arizona with my parents and english cousins. Hoping to have lots of tasty mexican and southwestern food while we are there.
So, question is, if you had one night in each of these cities for a mid-priced dinner with 5 adults ( and probably no place with long wait time) where would you go? Tuscon we can bust the budget a bit if that helps. Thanks!

re: betsameister
Have you checked out the older threads on Tucson? There are a lot of recs there, but here are my short lists:
For mid-priced restos unique to Tucson, I'd recommend Maynard's, Cup Cafe, HUB, or DOWNTOWN Kitchen+Cocktails, or Feast, or Cafe Poca Cosa; you can look up their profiles, menus, and make reservations on Open Table to ensure prompt seating.
For a higher budget, I like GOLD, Primo, and Janos.

Hi folks, please pardon the interruption, but we'd ask that if you have Phoenix/Scottsdale suggestions, you post 'em over on the Phoenix board, http://chowhound.chow.com/boards/69. By all means post the Tucson recs here. Thanks!

There are several "hole in the wall" Mariscos Chihuahua in Tucson, if everybody in your group likes seafood, I can recommend that, but they do only seafood (and beautifully, I might add), and they only take cash- very important to know, although they have ATMs at the restaurants.
