Baltimore Breakfast near Housewerks at 1415 Bayard St. or Second Chance at 1700 Ridgely

My sisters, my mom and I will be going to Housewerks and Second Chance on Saturday and I thought we might start with breakfast ( 10 or earlier), preferably around Housewerks. Any good ideas? Want good food over looks/quantity.
