ISO Non-Corned Brisket

Where can I find such a thing in San Francisco without paying an arm and a leg for it? I haven't seen one in a long while.

Thanks for any suggestions you can give me.

    1. When I was looking for corned beef yesterday, I saw uncorned briskets at Safeway and Andronico's in Berkeley. Don't know how many limbs you will have to part with though.

      1. Restaurant Depot has the best price on choice-grade packer (whole) briskets if you know a member. Otherwise Robert's is your next best option. Smart & Final also carries them, but usually just select-grade.

        Grocery stores and some Costco's typically just carry the flat (lean) portion of the brisket.
