Best Steakhouse in Philadelphia?

I haven't lived in the area for a while, but I'm looking to take out my Dad for a special dinner. What's the best steakhouse in Philly these days? Not afraid to spend a bit, and would prefer not-a-chain.

The few non-chain steakhouses in Philly include Union Trust, Barclay Prime, and Butcher and Singer. Of those, I think B&S has gotten the most favorable mentions on this board lately

However, our outposts of Capital Grille and The Prime Rib have some Chowhound followers as well.
