Entree for Wedding Brooklyn Botanic Palm House
Thinking of a wedding for Spring at the Palm House in Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. What entrees do you recommend (or not recommend)? Any other tips regarding menu for the wedding.
You really can't go wrong with chicken. Everyone (except vegetarians) eats it and it can be prepared thousands of ways. There's chicken cordon bleu, baked stuffed chicken breasts, chicken brasciole, chicken marsala, chicken kiev, chicken veronique and on and on and on. Try googling "chicken recipes" and see what pops up. Also, your caterer probably has a few signature chicken recipes of his/her own. It's probably the most adaptable entree of all.
