Skylark on the Hudson (Jersey City)

Looks like Craig Shelton is continuing the fine (IMO!) work he started with the group that owns the Skylark Diner in Edison!

    I thought Craig Shelton's association with the Americana hospitality group ended a while ago. The quality at the Skylark diner deteriorated once he left.
