Slovakia tips?

I'll be headed to Slovakia for the first time this summer. We'll spend some time in Bratislava, but for most of the trip we'll be in Kosice. Does anyone have advice for eating some good local food in both places? Also tips for anyplace in eastern Slovakia would be helpful.

And we'll be spending two days in Prague, and wouldn't mind some suggestions there, although those should be easier to come by.

In Bratislava, the restaurant at the castle is actually pretty good. Also, there is an Italian place on the other side by the river called Au Cafe. Both are in the more expensive category.
