Going to Esca tonight

Has anyone had the tasting menu recently? My friend and I are likely going to go with that but am interested to hear if anyone has other suggestions.

Also, are wine pairings a good way to go there or better to split a bottle?

We were at Esca a couple of Saturdays ago and it was very good. We did not have the tasting menu but others around us did and they all seemed satisfied and the dishes served looked wonderful. Of course that is just my opinion of what I saw.

I haven't done the tasting for some time but it has always been good as far as I can remember. I love the wine list at Esca. Great whites, most of which I've never heard of. I would try the pairing but they offer good things by the quartino as well if you decide to mix it up yourself. Enjoy your dinner!
