Vegetarian cookbooks

Anybody cooked from 'Café Paradiso Cookbook' by Denis Cotter or 'Field of Greens' by Annie Somerville? I'm trying to up my vegetarian game a notch and these two looked like possibilities.

  1. I've not used either of these but as a non vegetarian I can heartily recommend Plenty by Yotam Ottolenghi.
    Especially the lemon and aubergine risotto.

      I heartily agree Paprikaboy. I have been cooking from it on and off the last year and love it.

    2. I am only a part time vegetarian now. Field of Greens is an excellent cookbook. Most of the recipes are fairly lengthy and more time intensive than other vegetarian cookbooks. Terrific for when you want to spend more time in the kitchen and terrific for using for dinner parties. The recipes are generous in their serving sizes too. There is a white lasagna recipe in there that is exceptional :)
